Overview
The Clients list is the central workspace for finding and managing client records connected to requests, quotes, jobs, and invoices.
Open Clients.
The page includes:
- Client-growth metrics.
- Client and lead statuses.
- Tag filters.
- Search and sorting.
- Row-level actions.
- Bulk tag management.
Key metrics on the Clients list
- New leads: Leads created during the last 30 days, including today, with comparison to the preceding period.
- New clients: Active clients created during the last 30 days, including today, with a trend comparison.
- New clients YTD: Active clients created during the current calendar year.
Imported client records can appear in both new-lead and new-client metrics.
A lead that becomes an active client within 30 days can also appear in both metrics. A lead becomes active when they:
- Approve a quote.
- Receive a scheduled job.
- Receive an invoice.
Use the trend indicator to compare the current period with the previous period.
Filter and search your client list
Filter by:
- Tags: Select one or several tags.
- Status: Select the client or lead status.
Sort by:
- Name.
- Last activity.
Select a column heading again to reverse its order.
When filters are active, the search field identifies that it is searching filtered clients. Without filters, it searches the complete list.
To clear status filtering, open Status and select All.
Actions on the client list
Hover over a client row to:
- Add or remove tags.
- Send a general email.
- Archive the client.
- Delete the client.
Use archive when the relationship should be retained in history. Delete only when the client record should be permanently removed according to the deletion workflow.
Bulk actions on the client list
To update tags for several clients:
- Select the checkboxes beside the clients.
- Select Bulk edit tags.
- Choose the tags to add or remove.
- Save.
Use the header checkbox to select every client in the current list. Select Deselect all to clear the selection.
Up to 10,500 tag assignments can be added in one bulk action.
