Track labor

Team members can add time entries by day or week. Time can be tied to a job so labor appears in job costing and timesheet reports.

Use the job detail page to add job-specific time entries while reviewing the job.

Track expenses

Expenses can be connected to jobs and include receipt details, accounting codes, reimbursement details, and cost information.

Use job expenses when the cost belongs to a specific job. Use the expense list when reviewing all costs across the account.

Approvals and payroll

Managers can review and approve timesheets, then use payroll confirmation to review labor and reimbursable expenses together.

Open Approve Timesheets to review submitted time.

Reports

Use Timesheets Labor Report and Expenses and Reimbursements Report to review labor and cost trends.
