Company settings overview
Open Company Settings to manage account-wide information.
The page includes:
- Company details
- Business hours
- Tax settings
- Regional settings
Only authorized administrators should change these defaults.
Company details
Maintain:
- Company name
- Phone number
- Website
- Email address
- Physical or mailing address
These details can appear on:
- Quotes and invoices
- Generated PDFs
- Client emails
- Client hub contact information
- Website footer
- Dedicated-number call forwarding
Company email
The company email can:
- Identify the business in outbound email
- Receive replies
- Act as a campaign sender or reply address
- Receive client notifications
Use a monitored shared address. If it is blank, Fieldified can use the sending user where appropriate.
Company phone
Use a number answered by the business. Calls to a text-focused dedicated number can be forwarded here.
Business hours
Enable each operating day and enter opening and closing times.
Business hours inform:
- Client hub
- Online booking
- AI receptionist availability
- Scheduling expectations
Use breaks or closed periods where supported. Business hours describe normal availability and do not replace team schedules or individual time off.
Tax registration
Enter the applicable:
- Registration type
- Registration number
The registration can appear on invoices and financial documents.
Tax rates and groups are managed in the tax area. See Configure Tax Rates and Groups.
Regional settings
Country and currency
The account country determines default currency and some regional behavior.
Changing country after financial records exist can affect document presentation and integrations. Review the change with finance administrators first.
Timezone
Timezone is account-wide and affects:
- Schedule times
- Automated messages
- Reminder timing
- Reports
- Activity timestamps
Set it to the business’s operating timezone. Individual users do not independently change the account timezone.
Date and time formats
Choose the date format and either 12-hour or 24-hour time.
These are presentation defaults; stored event times remain tied to the account timezone.
First day of week
Choose Sunday or Monday for calendar and schedule views.
Save and verify changes
After selecting Update Settings, verify:
- A new quote or invoice PDF
- Client email footer
- Client hub contact page
- Schedule date and time
- Currency and tax display
