Fieldified App basics

Navigate the Fieldified mobile app, quick-create work, search records, and manage app settings.

Overview

The Fieldified App supports field operations on iOS and Android.

Primary navigation includes:

  • Home.
  • Schedule.
  • Timesheet.
  • Search.
  • Messages.
  • More.

Press and hold the app icon to quick-launch Timesheet, Schedule, or Clock in/out.

Quick create

Select the + action to create:

  • Client.
  • Expense.
  • Invoice.
  • Job.
  • Quote.
  • Request.
  • Task.

Available choices follow user permissions.

On visit and assessment pages, the quick-create action becomes a camera for capturing work photos directly.

Home

Home includes:

  • Today’s map and upcoming appointments.
  • Admin workflow to-do items.
  • Product and workflow discovery.
  • More, Activity, and Messages navigation.

Schedule

Use day, week, list, three-day, and map views for visits, tasks, events, and assessments.

Timesheet

Timesheet shows today’s tracked time, general clock-in/out, visit timers, categories, notes, and editable entries.

Past time can be reviewed, while current-day controls start or stop timers.

Search displays the most recently updated records and can find:

  • Client name or phone.
  • Address.
  • Custom-field value.
  • Line item.
  • Request title.
  • Quote, job, or invoice number.
  • Subject or description.
  • Notes.
  • Transaction number.

Filter by clients, requests, quotes, jobs, invoices, and record status. Search results follow permissions.

Messages

Messages displays two-way client conversations.

  • Unread counts appear on the icon.
  • Search by client or phone number.
  • Start a conversation with a known or new number.
  • Open linked appointments, quotes, or invoices.
  • Mark a conversation unread.
  • Open the client profile.

Unknown numbers display as Unknown until connected to a client.

Rewrite customer-facing content with AI

Use Rewrite to make entered text:

  • Cheerful.
  • Casual.
  • Professional.
  • Shorter.

Rewrite is available in customer-facing request, quote, job, invoice, receipt, and delivery-message fields.
