What is Fieldified?
Fieldified is field service software for managing clients, requests, quotes, jobs, schedules, invoices, team activity, reports, and related workflows in one place.
How do I access Fieldified?
Fieldified is web-based, so you can access it from a supported browser with an internet connection. Go to app.fieldified.com/login and sign in with your Fieldified email address and password.
Fieldified can also be used from mobile workflows for schedules, visits, time, notes, checklists, invoices, and payments.
For security, Fieldified may sign you out after inactivity. Sign back in with your password to continue.
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot password? link on the login page, or open Forgot Password directly. If you still cannot access your account, ask your account Admin or Fieldified support for help.
How do I hide an account balance on an invoice?
Admins can control invoice visibility from business profile and invoice settings.
For future invoices:
- Open Business Profile.
- Review client documentation settings.
- Open invoice display settings.
- Turn off account balance visibility.
- Save the setting.
For an individual invoice:
- Open Invoices.
- Select the invoice.
- Edit the products/messages or client view section.
- Turn off account balance visibility.
- Save the invoice.
Changes to defaults apply to new invoices. Existing invoices should be reviewed individually.
What email address does Fieldified use to send emails?
Fieldified system and client emails are sent from Fieldified notification domains. Different email types can use different sending addresses for account emails, client-facing workflow emails, password resets, exported reports, and transactional messages.
Ask your Admin to add Fieldified sending domains to your safe sender list so password resets, quote emails, invoice emails, reminders, and exports are easier to find.
How do I submit product feedback?
Share product feedback with your account Admin or Fieldified contact. Include:
- The workflow.
- The page or record type.
- What your team is trying to do.
- Why it matters.
- Examples of how the improvement would be used.
Product feedback is most useful when it explains the job-to-be-done, not only the button or field requested.
Why does a user’s email address say it is already taken?
An email address can only be tied to one Fieldified login. If a user sees that an email is already taken, it may already belong to another account or invitation.
Ask an Admin to review Manage Team. If needed, contact support to release or move the email address correctly.
What if I do not want every employee to see certain information?
Your user role may not have access to that area. Fieldified supports Admin, Manager, Dispatcher, Worker, and Limited worker roles, plus access rules for specific entities and reports.
Admins can open Roles and Permissions to control what each role can view, create, edit, delete, export, approve, and report on.
How do I add a team member?
An Admin can add users from Manage Team. When adding a user, choose their role and confirm what they should be able to view, create, edit, delete, or export.
I would like to wipe my account
Contact your account Admin or Fieldified support before deleting business data. Account wipes and bulk deletes should be reviewed carefully because they can affect clients, requests, quotes, jobs, invoices, reports, notes, files, and team history.
Prepare:
- Which record type should be removed.
- Whether all records or only test records should be removed.
- Who approved the request.
- Whether exports are needed first.
Where can I find pricing information or my plan?
Owners and Admins can review account and billing details from the account area in Fieldified. For public pricing and plan information, visit fieldified.com or contact your Fieldified success contact.
Is my billing information secure?
Fieldified uses secure systems and encrypted connections for account access and payment-related workflows. Billing and payment details are handled through secure payment infrastructure rather than being exposed broadly inside the product.
Use strong passwords, role-based permissions, and individual user accounts to keep account access secure.
Where can I see reports?
Open Reports from the sidebar. Report access is controlled by your role and permissions.
Where can I manage client communication?
Admins can review Client Hub and Email Templates in Admin Settings.
