Today’s appointments summarize visits, assessments, and tasks scheduled for the current day.
The summary can show:
- Total appointments.
- Active appointments.
- Completed appointments.
- Overdue appointments.
- Remaining appointments.
- Assigned team members.
- Timers currently running.
As team members complete work, today’s appointment counts and values update.
Today’s appointments by visit
The visit view groups appointments by status. Use it to answer:
- What is active right now?
- What is overdue?
- What still needs to happen?
- Which visits have been completed?
- Which team members are assigned?
Expand sections when there are more appointments than fit on the card.

The employee view groups appointments by assigned team member.
Use it to review:
- Each team member’s assigned work.
- Logged time for the day.
- Timers currently running.
- Whether anyone is overloaded.
- Which appointments are still remaining.
Open Schedule when assignments need to be changed.

The reminders section appears when there is something that needs attention.

Business performance helps owners and admins monitor the health of the business.
