Set Your Operating Hours

Define public business hours and control when clients can request online appointments.

What operating hours mean

Operating hours describe when clients can normally contact or book the business.

They can appear in:

  • Client hub
  • Online booking
  • AI receptionist
  • Website contact information

They do not define individual employee shifts or guarantee an open appointment.

Configure weekly hours

  1. Open Company Settings.
  2. Find operating hours.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Enable each open day.
  5. Enter opening and closing times.
  6. Turn closed days off.
  7. Save.

Use the account timezone.

Online booking behavior

Online booking uses operating hours to prevent clients from selecting closed periods.

The booking settings can display the hours for reference while the source values remain in Company Settings.

Earliest availability

Set the number of business days between the request date and the earliest client-selectable appointment.

  • 0 allows same-day requests.
  • A larger value creates preparation time.
  • Use up to the displayed maximum.

Closed days are not counted as business days.

Holidays and exceptions

Operating hours describe the normal week. Use calendar events, blocked time, or specific availability controls for holidays and temporary closures.
