Overview
Export clients as:
- CSV for spreadsheets, backups, mass updates, imports, and marketing tools.
- vCard for contact applications.
Exports can include:
- Contact information.
- Tags.
- Property addresses.
- Custom fields.
- Client settings.
CSV export supports up to 1,500 rows per file. Larger exports arrive as several files in the export email.
How to export clients
Client import and export require administrator access. Users with report access can export supported client information from reports.
- Open Clients.
- Select More actions.
- Select Export clients.
- Choose vCard or CSV.
- Open the export delivered by email.
Use CSV when the data will be edited and re-imported.
Exporting only clients with a certain tag
- Open the export dialog.
- Select the required tag.
- Choose vCard or CSV.
When several tags are selected, the export includes only clients who have every selected tag. Clients matching only some selected tags are excluded.

Exporting your clients for marketing tools
Use CSV to move selected client names and contact details into an email or direct-marketing platform.
Before importing:
- Filter the correct audience.
- Confirm communication consent.
- Remove invalid or duplicate addresses.
- Review lead and active-client status.
- Keep tags for segmentation.
Use Mass updates to clients when the edited CSV will return to Fieldified.
