Home gives admins and field users a mobile view of today’s work. Open it from the bottom navigation.

Map and Up Next

The map follows today’s appointment cards.

Admin users can also see estimated daily revenue:

  • One-off job value is attributed to the final visit or final day.
  • Visit-based recurring work uses today’s visit line items.
  • Fixed-price recurring work is excluded from visit-based daily revenue.
  • Taxes, discounts, and deposits are excluded.

Appointments are ordered by scheduled time, then anytime work.

Select View all to filter appointments by completed, active, and to go. Unassigned work appears separately.

Cards show status, tracked time, scheduled time, title, client, and late state.

To Do

Admins can act on:

  • New requests.
  • Assessment-completed requests.
  • Quote changes requested.
  • Approved quotes.
  • Jobs requiring action.
  • Jobs requiring invoicing.
  • Awaiting-payment invoices.
  • Past-due invoices.
  • Payment bank-account setup.
  • Payout bank-account updates.
  • Incomplete payment setup.

Urgent items move to the top. Selecting one opens the filtered record list.

Business Health

Weekly highlights include:

  • Job value.
  • Visits scheduled.

The full dashboard can also show:

  • New clients and leads.
  • Quote conversion, sent, and converted counts.
  • Invoice average and total value.

Trend indicators compare with the preceding period.

Discover

Admins can review helpful Fieldified features and support resources. Dismiss the section using its close action.

Activity feed

Open the bell icon to review:

  • Clock-ins and clock-outs.
  • Client creation, archive, deletion, and import.
  • Request, quote, job, invoice, and payment activity.
  • Visit completion.
  • Notes and supported image previews.
  • Saved payment methods.
  • Reviews.

Deleted records appear disabled. Mobile activity filters follow the web feed configuration.
