Open Business Profile to manage how Fieldified represents the company to clients and AI tools.
Company address, phone, and email remain in Company Settings.
Essential business knowledge
Add concise information about:
- About: Communities served and differentiators
- Policies: Cancellation, warranty, payment, and service policies
- Services: Offerings, exclusions, materials, and seasonal work
Fieldified AI can use this knowledge to answer client questions.
Writing guidance
- Use short sentences or bullets.
- Keep services aligned with request and booking forms.
- Include only current, client-relevant facts.
- Do not place commands for the AI in knowledge fields.
- Test common questions after saving.
Review any AI-generated draft before publication.
Legal information
Add public HTTPS URLs for:
- Terms and conditions
- Privacy policy
These links can appear on request forms, booking, campaigns, websites, and other client pages.
The URLs must open without authentication.
Brand colors
Choose a main and accent color using a HEX value or picker.
The main color can also style embedded request buttons and forms. Confirm sufficient text contrast and review the result on mobile.
Logo
Upload or replace a PNG or JPG logo within the displayed size limit.
The logo can appear on:
- Client hub
- Quotes and invoices
- Receipts and PDFs
- Requests
Use a clear image with appropriate transparent or solid background.
Client document settings
Open document settings to configure:
- Layout
- Visible fields
- Branding
- Terms
- PDF presentation
Use the preview before saving. Review a quote, invoice, and receipt because fields differ by document type.
Social profiles
Add links for supported networks such as:
- X
- Google Business Profile
- Yelp
- Angi
These can appear in client hub and email.
Use full business-profile URLs rather than personal profiles.
