Calendar events are schedule items assigned to the whole team. Use events for internal meetings, company events, blocked time, training, office closures, and non-job appointments.
Overview
Events appear on the schedule so everyone can see shared company time. When the event time passes, the event is styled as complete.
Create a new event
Users with schedule edit permission can create events from schedule views such as month, week, or day.
To create an event:
- Open Schedule.
- Click an open spot on the calendar.
- Choose Event.
- Add the event name.
- Add details or instructions.
- Choose date and time.
- Save the event.
Use More Options when the event needs additional details.
Where events appear
Events appear on:
- Desktop schedule.
- Mobile schedule.
- Calendar sync when selected.
Use filters to show or hide events from the schedule.
Edit an event
Click the event on the schedule to reopen it. Users with schedule edit access can update the title, details, date, time, and all-day/anytime setting.
