Tags

Organize, filter, bulk update, import, and export clients using tags.

Overview

Tags group clients by details such as:

  • Region or route.
  • Service type.
  • Client type.
  • Campaign audience.
  • Follow-up requirement.
  • Seasonal workflow.

Tags are managed from the Fieldified web client workspace and can be used for list filtering and marketing segmentation.

How to add tags to clients

  1. Open Clients.
  2. Select the client.
  3. Edit Tags.
  4. Select an existing tag or enter a new tag.
  5. Remove a tag using its remove action.
  6. Save.

Use consistent names to prevent near-duplicate tags.

Filter your client list using tags

  1. Open the Clients list.
  2. Select Tags.
  3. Choose one or several tags.

Use tag search when the list is long. Select all tags when the workflow needs every tagged client.

Combine tags with client status and list search for a narrower segment.

How to bulk edit tags

  1. Select the clients from the list.
  2. Select Bulk edit tags.
  3. Choose tags to add or remove.
  4. Save.

Up to 10,500 tag assignments can be added in one bulk action.

How to import tags

For a large update:

  1. Export client data.
  2. Add or edit the tag column in the spreadsheet.
  3. Save the file as CSV.
  4. Import the updated records.
  5. Review matching and tag changes.
  6. Confirm the import.

How to use tags with marketing integrations

Tags can sync to connected email-marketing tools and become audience-segmentation fields.

Examples:

  • Clients in a service zone.
  • Clients receiving a specific service.
  • Leads who have not converted.
  • Clients without recent work.
  • Seasonal-service clients.

Verify the synchronized audience before launching a campaign.

How to export client information using tags

Filter the client list by the required tags, then export the filtered records.
