Key metrics on the quotes list
The metrics at the top of the list summarize quoting activity for the selected date range.
Common metrics include:
- Overview: A breakdown of quotes across statuses.
- Conversion rate: The percentage of sent quotes that converted into jobs during the selected period.
- Sent quotes: Quotes sent during the selected period, including total quoted value after discounts and tax.
- Converted quotes: Quotes converted into jobs during the selected period, including converted value after discounts and tax.
- Trend indicators: Comparisons between the selected period and the previous period.
Conversion can look unusual when sent and converted dates fall in different periods. For example, a quote sent last month but converted this month affects this month’s converted value.

Common statuses include:

- Awaiting response: The quote has been sent or marked as ready for client response.
- Changes requested: The client asked for revisions.
- Approved: The client approved the quote, or a team member marked it approved after verbal approval.

- Archived: The quote is no longer active.
Keep statuses current so managers, salespeople, and dispatchers can trust the quote pipeline.

Use bulk actions for:
- Archiving quotes.

If a quote needs revisions, open the quote first and review the line items, client message, deposit, and terms before taking action.
