Overview
The Schedule tab shows visits, tasks, events, and request assessments.
Available views:
- Day.
- Week.
- List.
- Three day.
- Map.
Completed visits, tasks, and assessments appear crossed out.
Using the schedule
Schedule colors identify:
- Job visits.
- Tasks.
- Events.
- Request assessments.
Select an item to open its details. Daily counters show each team member’s completion progress.
When loaded with connectivity, the day’s schedule is stored for read-only access in poor connectivity. Actions such as timer changes require a connection.
Schedule directly
Select an empty schedule time, then create:
- Request.
- Job.
- Task.
Selecting space on another team member’s schedule assigns that user to the new item.
Navigate between dates
- Select the month heading to open the calendar.
- Use calendar arrows to change months.
- Select a date.
- Use the current-day action to return to today.
- Select dates from the weekly strip for quick navigation.
View options
Choose:
- View type.
- Whether map view shows unscheduled appointments.
- Whether week view hides weekends.
- Team members displayed.
Schedule views
Day view
Shows one day’s items by time and duration. Anytime work appears at the top in route order.
Week view
Shows a full week. Enable Hide weekends for Monday through Friday.
List view
Shows the day as cards, with scheduled work first and anytime work afterward. Active visit timers appear on the cards.
Team view can also show other assigned users’ active timers on shared visits.
Three-day view
Shows today and the next two days with wider appointment blocks. Swipe horizontally for later periods.
Map view
Displays dated visits, assessments, and property-linked tasks geographically.
Cards show:
- Appointment time.
- Assigned-team initials.
- Client.
- Description.
- Address.
Select a card to open the appointment, start a timer, complete work, or send an on-my-way text. Select Directions to open the device’s navigation app.
Unscheduled appointments in map view
Enable unscheduled work in View options. Select an unscheduled card to set its date, time, and assignment.
Visits
Open a visit from Schedule or the job’s visit list.
Visit actions include:
- Call or text the client.
- Open directions.
- Send an on-my-way message.
- Start or stop the timer.
- Complete the visit.
- Schedule another visit.
- Delete the visit with permission.
Visit tabs include:
- Visit: Instructions, checklists, line items, schedule, and team.
- Details: Client, job, title, and custom fields.
- Notes: Add or review notes.
Checklists can be completed and optionally emailed. Fieldified warns when a visit is completed with a blank checklist.
Visit-only line-item changes affect that visit rather than the complete job.
Schedule details can be changed to a date, unscheduled, timed, or anytime. Team changes apply to the selected visit.
Requests
Create a request from empty schedule space or quick create.
Add:
- Client.
- Description.
- Request-form fields.
- Booking preferences.
- Assessment instructions, date, and team.
Complete the assessment, then convert the request to a quote or job.

Tasks
Create tasks from the schedule or quick create.
Enter:
- Title.
- Description.
- Optional client.
- Date and time.
- Team.
Tasks created without a client remain unlinked. Complete or delete the task from its detail screen.
Events
Events created from the web appear in the app with:
- Title.
- Details.
- Dates and times.
- Repeat pattern.
- Team.
Events are visible to the team and are not completed like visits or tasks.
