Joining an existing Fieldified account

Learn how to accept an invitation, sign in, and start working in an existing Fieldified workspace.

If your company already uses Fieldified, an Admin can invite you to the existing account. Use the invitation rather than creating a separate trial or workspace.

Overview

This guide is for new team members joining a Fieldified account that already exists. Your company Admin creates the account, invites you, and chooses what you can see or do.

You will:

  1. Accept the invitation.
  2. Create your login.
  3. Sign in.
  4. Get ready for mobile or desktop work.
  5. Start with the role guide that matches your responsibilities.

Accept your invitation

Once your team adds you to Fieldified, you will receive an invitation by email or text message.

There are two common ways to accept:

  • From a desktop when viewing an email invitation.
  • From a mobile device when viewing a text message or email invitation.

From a desktop invitation

  1. Open the email invitation.
  2. Select the accept invitation button.
  3. Confirm the company name.
  4. Confirm the email address you will use to sign in.
  5. Enter your full name.
  6. Create a password.
  7. Confirm the password.
  8. Select the join button.

The email address in the invitation becomes your Fieldified login. Sign in at app.fieldified.com/login.

From a mobile invitation

  1. Tap the link in the text message or email invitation.
  2. Open Fieldified on your device.
  3. Enter your name, email address, and password.
  4. Continue through device prompts for notifications, location, camera, and file access.
  5. Open your schedule or dashboard to confirm you are in the correct account.

Use the same email address the invitation was sent to.

If you accidentally create a separate account, contact your account Admin or Fieldified support before adding client or work data.

Download and prepare the app

Fieldworkers and managers should prepare the mobile app before their first shift.

Use the app to:

  • View your schedule.
  • Open job and visit details.
  • Review client and property information.
  • Add notes, photos, and attachments.
  • Fill out checklists.
  • Clock in and out.
  • Track job time.

Allow notifications, camera access, file access, and location permissions when prompted so Fieldified can support field workflows.

Start working

What you see in Fieldified depends on your role and permissions. Some users may have access to all areas, while others may only see assigned work or specific records.

Good first steps:

  • Review your assigned role with your Admin.
  • Open Schedule to see upcoming tasks, assessments, events, or visits.
  • Open Clients, Requests, Quotes, Jobs, or Invoices if those areas are part of your role.
  • Read the role guide that matches your work.

Questions

If your invitation expired, your email is wrong, or you see the wrong company, ask your Fieldified Admin to resend the invitation or confirm your user details in Manage Team.
