Request conversion rate measures how many requests created in the date range were converted into a quote or job.
Use Requests Pipeline Report for deeper reporting.
Quotes
Open Quotes.
Quote metrics can include:
- Status overview.
- Quote conversion rate.
- Sent quote count and value.
- Converted quote count and value.
- Trend compared with previous periods.
Quote conversion rate compares converted quotes with sent quotes in the selected date range. Depending on the date range, converted quotes can exceed sent quotes if older sent quotes are converted during the current period.
Use Quotes Conversion Report for detailed conversion analysis.
Jobs
Open Jobs.
Job metrics can include:

Recent visit value can come from one-off jobs, recurring jobs with per-visit billing, visit-level line items, and fixed-price jobs with invoice reminder dates.

Search, filters, and sorting
Use search when you know part of a name, number, title, property, line item, or custom field. Use filters to narrow by status, date, salesperson, assigned team member, client, property, or type.
