Day sheets give your team a clear daily handoff for scheduled work. Use them to review each team member’s appointments, client details, property addresses, instructions, and important notes before the day starts.
Overview
The Fieldified mobile app supports field work directly, but day sheets are useful when a team member needs a printed or email-friendly summary of the day.
Use day sheets for:
- Morning dispatch meetings.
- Offline-friendly crew handoffs.
- Team members who need a printed summary.
- Confirming assignments before the team leaves.
- Sharing client and property details without opening each appointment.
Print or send day sheets
- Open Schedule.
- Switch to Day view.
- Open More Actions.
- Select Day Sheets.
- Choose which team members should receive or print a day sheet.
- Review the included appointments.
- Send by email or print the PDF.
Day sheets are created from day view because they are tied to one specific date.
Day sheets PDF
The PDF can include an overview page for the whole day, followed by pages for each team member.
The overview can include:
- Number of scheduled appointments.
- First assignment start time.
- Last assignment end time.
- Number of assignments per team member.
Each team member page can show their appointments for the day.
What day sheets show team members
Day sheets show scheduled work assigned to a team member for a specific day. They can include:
- Job description or visit title.
- Visit date and time.
- Client name.
- Property address.
- Client phone number.
- Map or location details.
- Line items.
- Job or visit instructions.
- Notes when the user has access to notes.
Unscheduled or unassigned work does not appear on a team member’s day sheet until it is assigned and scheduled.
Day sheet settings
Admins can configure day sheet options such as:
- Property map.
- Notes area for handwritten notes.
- Custom information shown on each day sheet.
- Which details should be included for fieldworkers.
