Grouped team view

Use grouped team view to compare scheduled work by team member across a week.

Grouped team view gives dispatchers and admins a week-by-week grid of scheduled work by team member. Open Schedule and use grouped view when you need to compare team capacity.

Overview

Use grouped team view when you need to:

  • Compare workload by team member.
  • See which days are overloaded.
  • Review unassigned or lightly assigned days.
  • Open visits, assessments, tasks, and events from one grid.
  • Prepare weekly dispatch decisions.

What grouped view shows

Grouped view shows:

  • Team members as rows.
  • Days of the selected week as columns.
  • Tasks, events, job visits, and request assessments as activity chips.
  • Completed items with completed styling.
  • Today highlighted for quick reference.

Use the previous and next controls to move between weeks. Use Today to return to the current week.

Use team filters when you only need to compare a smaller group.

Open scheduled work

Select an activity chip to open the related details:

  • A job visit opens the visit summary and can link to the job.
  • A request assessment opens the assessment summary and can link to the request.
  • A task opens the task dialog.
  • A calendar event opens the event dialog.

Dispatch workflow

Grouped view is useful before moving into day view:

  1. Review the week by team member.
  2. Identify overloaded days.
  3. Move appointments when needed.
  4. Open day view for the date that needs real-time dispatch.
  5. Use route planning for team members with multiple anytime visits.

Permissions

Grouped view is intended for users who can view other team members’ schedules. If a user only has access to their own schedule, Fieldified keeps them focused on their own assigned work.
