Fieldified navigation is built around the daily workflow: clients, requests, quotes, jobs, schedule, invoices, expenses, timesheets, reports, and settings.
Side navigation
The side navigation is the main way to move between Fieldified areas.
Use it to open:
- Create: Create a new client, request, quote, job, invoice, task, or event.
- Dashboard: Review business activity, assignments, and recommended actions.
- Schedule: Open your most recently used schedule view.
- Clients: View clients and properties.
- Requests: Manage incoming work.
- Quotes: Manage proposed work and approvals.
- Bids: Manage bidding workflows.
- Jobs: Manage confirmed work and visits.
- Invoices: Create, send, and track invoices.
- Expenses: Record expenses and reimbursements.
- Timesheets: Enter, approve, and confirm payroll time.
- Reports: Review work, financial, labor, and client reports.
- AI Receptionist: Configure intake and review conversations.
- Settings: Manage company, team, templates, products, fields, checklists, and client-facing settings.
Collapse the side navigation when you need more workspace.
Navigating with a keyboard
Use keyboard navigation and assistive technology to move through Fieldified.
Common patterns:
- Press Tab to move through links, buttons, fields, and menus.
- Use skip links when available to jump past navigation into page content or search.
- Use Enter or Space to activate focused controls.
- Use Escape to close drawers or menus when available.
Top navigation icons
Top navigation contains global actions and account tools.
You may see:
- Search.
- Activity feed.
- Message center.
- Help or question mark.
- Settings/account menu.
- App alerts or integration alerts.
- AI actions.
What appears depends on permissions, enabled workflows, and account settings.
Search bar
Use global search to find:
- Client names.
- Emails and phone numbers.
- Billing addresses.
- Property addresses.
- Quote, job, and invoice numbers.
- Line item names.
- Quote and job titles.
- Invoice subjects.
- Custom field values.
Search is helpful when you know a detail but not which module contains the record.
Activity feed
Open the bell icon to review recent account activity. The feed can show updates for clients, requests, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices, deposits, payments, notes, timers, and more.

Message center
Use the message center to manage client conversations from Fieldified. This helps your team keep text and email context tied to client records and work records.
Help icon
Use the help or question mark icon to:
- Search the Help Center.
- See recommended articles for the current page.
- Start a support chat.
- Review previous support conversations.
- Grant or review support access when requested.

Settings/account menu
Use Settings to manage:
- Company settings.
- Account and billing.
- Team members.

Open Settings.
More actions
More Actions appears on many records and list pages. The options change depending on the record type and your permissions.
Examples:
- Send quote.
- Convert request.

- Open related records.
Primary buttons show common actions; More Actions holds secondary options.
Navigate between schedule views
Open Schedule and use the view selector to switch between:
- Day view.
- Week view.
- Month view.
- Grouped team view.
- Route or map tools.
Use Today to return to the current date and the date picker to jump to another period.
Jump to a client profile
On requests, quotes, jobs, and invoices, select the client name to open the client profile. This is useful when you need contact details, properties, billing history, or past work before continuing.
Rewrite customer-facing content with AI
Use Fieldified AI to improve client-facing text.
AI rewrite can help with:
- Request messages.
- Quote client messages.
