Google Business Profiles

Connect booking and request forms to your Google Business Profile.

Google Business Profile helps potential clients find your business on Google Search and Google Maps. Connect a Fieldified request or booking form so clients can book online or submit a request directly from your listing.

How the connection works

Your Google Business Profile can show a booking or request action that points to a Fieldified form.

Use:

  • A request form when your team should qualify the work first.
  • A booking form when clients can select a service and time directly.

Manage forms in Client Hub settings.

Make sure business details match

Google uses business information to connect the right listing with the right business.

Review your details in Business Profile:

  • Company name.
  • Address.
  • Phone number.
  • Website.
  • Service area.

Keep these details consistent with your Google Business Profile so clients see the same information in both places.

Choose the right form

Only one primary request or booking form should be connected to the Google listing at a time.

Use a booking form when:

  • Services are standardized.
  • Availability is accurate.
  • Clients can choose a time without review.

Use a request form when:

  • Work needs qualification.
  • Pricing depends on scope.
  • An assessment is required.
  • Photos or details should be reviewed first.

Connect a form

From the form settings, enable the Google Business Profile connection or copy the form link into your Google Business Profile booking/action link.

After saving, test the public listing:

  1. Open your Google Business Profile.
  2. Select the booking or request action.
  3. Submit a test request or booking.
  4. Confirm it appears in Requests or on the Schedule.

Disconnect a form

Disconnect the current form when you want Google to stop showing that booking or request path.

After disconnecting, connect the replacement form if clients should continue booking from Google.

Changes can take time to appear on Google, so check the public listing after the update.

Reconnect a form

Reconnect from the form settings when you want a form to appear on the Google listing again.

Before reconnecting:

  • Confirm the business address matches.
  • Confirm the form is active.
  • Confirm the form is the one clients should use.
  • Test the form directly.
