Welcome to your client portal
Your service provider uses Fieldified to share work details with you online.
Depending on their settings, you can use the portal to:
- Review and approve quotes
- Request quote changes
- Pay a quote deposit
- See appointments
- View and pay invoices
- Download receipts
- Manage saved payment methods
- Request more work
The portal works on computers, tablets, and phones.
Open the portal
Select the button or link in a message from your service provider. Portal access can appear in:
- Quote messages
- Quote follow-ups
- Invoices
- Invoice reminders
- Booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Payment-method requests
- Portal invitations
You do not need to create a separate portal password. Fieldified may ask you to confirm your email address or part of your phone number before showing your account.
Do not forward your private portal link unless you intend to give the recipient access to the same information.
Navigate the portal
Use the menu to open the sections available to you.
If a menu is not shown, you can still use the secure button or link in the original message to open the quote, invoice, or appointment your provider shared.
Select Contact Us to find the provider’s business hours and contact details.
Print or download a document
To save a quote, invoice, or receipt:
- Open the item.
- Select Download PDF.
- When the print window opens, choose a printer or Save as PDF.
For a receipt, select View first, then download it.
Review a quote
Open the quote from its email or text link.
Review:
- Scope of work
- Products and services
- Optional items
- Price
- Terms
- Deposit
Your available actions can include Request Changes and Approve.
Request changes
Describe what you would like changed and submit the request. The quote can temporarily disappear from your portal while the provider revises it.
Wait for the updated quote before approving.
Approve without a deposit
Select Approve and complete any required signature step. Your provider is notified that you are ready to proceed.
Approve and pay a deposit
Enter the requested payment details, review the amount, and select Approve and Pay.
Approval and deposit payment are completed together.
Keep a payment method on file
When paying a deposit or invoice, you may be able to save the payment method for future work.
Review the wording beside the payment form. Depending on the service agreement, you may:
- Choose whether to save the card
- Be told that payment also authorizes secure storage for future charges
Only continue when you understand how the provider will use the saved method. Contact the business if you have questions about automatic or future payments.
Use the wallet
Open Wallet to manage supported payment methods.
To add one:
- Select Add Payment Method.
- Enter the cardholder name.
- Enter the card number.
- Enter the expiration date and security code.
- Add the billing address when requested.
- Save.
When multiple methods are saved, one can be marked as the default.
You can remove an eligible method from the wallet. A card connected to active automatic payments might need to be replaced on the related service before it can be removed.
View appointments
Open Appointments to review upcoming and recent work.
An appointment can show:
- Date
- Time or arrival window
- Service address
- Assigned team member
Only a limited number of future appointments may appear at first. Use Show More for additional history when available.
Contact the service provider directly when an appointment needs to be changed.
View and pay an invoice
Open an invoice from the portal menu, email button, or text link.
When online payment is available:
- Review the invoice.
- Choose an available payment method.
- Enter or confirm the payment details.
- Enter the amount if partial payment is offered.
- Add a tip when available.
- Review the total shown on the payment button.
- Select Pay once.
- Wait for confirmation before closing the page.
Available methods can include card or bank payment, depending on the provider.
On a phone, the payment form can appear above the invoice. Select View Invoice to expand the document.
Request more work
Select New Request when you need another service.
Complete the form with:
- Service address
- Type of work
- Description
- Preferred timing
- Photos or attachments, when available
- Contact details
Submit the request and wait for the provider to confirm the next step. A request is not necessarily a confirmed appointment.
Troubleshoot access
I did not receive the message
- Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.
- Search for the provider’s business name.
- Confirm the provider has the correct email and phone number.
- Add the sender to your contacts or safe-sender list.
- Ask the provider to resend the secure link.
My link asks me to verify
Complete the email or phone verification shown on screen. This can happen when a link is older or an additional security check is required.
The page shows the wrong information
Do not submit payment or approval. Contact the service provider and explain which client, address, quote, or invoice appears incorrect.
My payment did not complete
Check for an on-screen confirmation before trying again. If the status is unclear, contact the provider so they can check the invoice before you resubmit.
Protect your access
- Do not post a portal link publicly.
- Avoid forwarding it to unrelated recipients.
- Use a trusted device and network for payments.
- Close the page when using a shared device.
- Contact the service provider if a link was shared accidentally.
