Use request forms and Client Hub settings to capture complete service inquiries from clients.

Request forms help clients submit the details your team needs before follow-up. A strong form reduces back-and-forth and makes it easier to schedule assessments, create quotes, or book jobs.

What to collect

A request form should capture:

  • Client name and contact information.
  • Property address.
  • Service type.
  • Preferred timing.
  • Description of the work.
  • Photos or attachments.
  • Consent or communication preferences when needed.

Use Custom Fields for details your team needs on every request.

After a form is submitted

New submissions appear in Requests. Review the request, confirm the client and property, then schedule an assessment or convert the request into a quote or job.
