Open Schedule and select week view when you want to balance upcoming work across the current week.
Overview
Week view shows the team’s schedule across several days. It is useful for planning ahead, spotting gaps, balancing assignments, reviewing upcoming work, and preparing resources before the week becomes busy.
Use week view to:
- See how visits are distributed across the week.
- Plan staffing and assignments for busy or quiet days.
- Balance workload across the team.
- Identify opportunities to move or consolidate work.
- Review upcoming jobs and prepare equipment or travel needs.
Navigate week view
Use the date controls to move to the previous or next week, jump to a date, or return to the current week.
Anytime visits appear at the top of each day. Scheduled appointments appear inside the weekly grid.
To make quick adjustments:
- Open an appointment and select Edit to change team assignment.
- Drag appointment edges to shorten or extend duration.
- Open details to navigate to the related job, request, or client.
Filter the week view
Use filters for:
- Type: visits, request assessments, tasks, events, reminders.
- Team: one or more team members.
- Status: overdue, completed, upcoming, confirmed.
Each selected filter narrows the week view. Clear filters to return to the full schedule.
Unscheduled panel
Open the unscheduled panel to review work that needs a date or time. Drag items onto the calendar or open details to schedule them.
Map panel
Open the map panel to see where appointments are located across the week. Properties with multiple visits can show grouped counts so dispatchers can see where work is concentrated.
Drag and drop
Use drag and drop to move work to a different day or time. When a visit is rescheduled, send a rescheduling notification when the client should be informed.
Create new work
Click an open time slot or use schedule actions to create a new job, request, task, or event. Review client, property, instructions, assignment, and duration before saving.
Group work by team member
For a clearer dispatch-style weekly layout, use Grouped team view. This view shows the week as rows by team member and columns by day.
